About the platform
Love to Ride Schools is designed for use by:
- schools
- teachers
- school administrators
- programme partners
The platform enables schools to participate in active travel challenges and share aggregate participation results.
The platform is not intended for direct use by children as account holders.
Accounts
Some platform features may require an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account
- ensuring account information is accurate
- restricting access to your account credentials
You must provide accurate and current information.
School responsibilities
Schools and teachers are responsible for:
- ensuring submitted information is appropriate
- complying with their own school policies and legal obligations
- obtaining any permissions or approvals required within their organisation
- ensuring no personal or sensitive student information is submitted to the platform
Teachers and schools must not:
- include student names in class names or submissions
- upload personal or sensitive information about children
- misuse the platform
Public challenge information
The platform may publicly display:
- school names
- class names
- challenge rankings
- aggregate participation statistics
- challenge results
By participating, schools acknowledge that this information may be visible publicly and shared with programme partners, councils, governments, sponsors, funders, or the media.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information
- manipulate challenge results
- attempt unauthorised access to the platform
- interfere with platform operation
- use the platform unlawfully
Love to Ride may suspend or remove access where misuse is suspected.
Accuracy of submissions
Schools and teachers are responsible for ensuring submitted activity information is accurate.
Love to Ride may:
- review submitted information
- remove inaccurate data
- adjust challenge standings
- investigate suspicious activity
- disqualify participants or schools where appropriate
Competitions, prizes, and rewards
Love to Ride may offer:
- competitions
- prizes
- rewards
- sponsor-funded incentives
- random draws
Additional rules or eligibility criteria may apply to specific promotions or challenges.
Love to Ride reserves the right to:
- verify entries
- modify or cancel challenges
- substitute prizes
- refuse or revoke rewards
- disqualify fraudulent or inappropriate participation
Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, logos, software, and materials remain the property of Love to Ride Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The platform may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Love to Ride Schools Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love to Ride Ltd is not liable for:
